1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by YNRS Business Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By engaging our services, signing a proposal, making payment, or using our website, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
YNRS Business Solutions provides business support and digital solutions including but not limited to:

Digital Marketing Services

Website Development & Maintenance

Accounting & Financial Consulting
-
GST & Taxation Support
-
Branding & Business Consulting
-
Recruitment & HR Support (if applicable)
Scope of work shall be defined in the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the Client.
3. Payment Terms

Advance payment (as mentioned in proposal) is mandatory before project initiation.

Remaining payment milestones must be cleared as per agreed schedule.

Delayed payments may attract late fees or service suspension.

All payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information and required documents on time.

Approve designs/content within reasonable timelines.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws related to their busines
Delays from the Client side may result in project timeline extension.
5. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the property of the Client only after full payment.

Until full payment, all work remains the property of YNRS Business Solutions.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless restricted in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, financial, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
YNRS Business Solutions shall not be liable for:

Business losses, indirect damages, or loss of profits

Performance issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)

Regulatory penalties arising due to incorrect information provided by the Client
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service.
8. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party tools or platforms. Their usage is subject to their respective terms & policies.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
In case of termination:

Work completed till date shall be billed.

Advance payments are non-refundable.

Access credentials must be transferred appropriately.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
12. Amendments
YNRS Business Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon publication.
