Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made to YNRS Business Solutions for any services offered by the Company.
By engaging our services or making any payment, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Nature of Services
YNRS Business Solutions provides business support and digital solutions including but not limited to:

Digital Marketing Services

Website Development & Maintenance
-
Accounting & Financial Consulting
-
GST & Taxation Support
-
Branding & Business Consulting
-
Recruitment & HR Support (if applicable)
As these services are customized and intangible in nature, refund and cancellation terms are strictly defined below.
3. Cancellation Policy
A. Before Project Initiation

If cancellation is requested before work has started, the advance paid is non-refundable, as it blocks resources and project scheduling.
B. After Project Initiation

If the Client cancels after the project has begun:

Charges for work completed till date will apply.

Any remaining unpaid amount for completed milestones must be cleared.

No refund shall be issued for completed work.
C. Ongoing / Retainer Services

For monthly services (e.g., Digital Marketing, Accounting):

Cancellation requires written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle once it has started.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via official email
4. Refund Policy
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, financial, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
A. Advance Payments

All advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
B. Milestone-Based Projects

Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused due to lack of client communication or approvals.
C. Advertising Spend

Any amount paid toward third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers, etc.) is subject to their respective refund policies.

YNRS Business Solutions is not responsible for third-party refund processing.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made in error

Service not initiated within agreed timeline due to Company’s fault

Written agreement specifically providing refund eligibility
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–15 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Strategy & consultation fees
-
Setup charges
-
Domain & hosting purchases
-
Government filing fees
-
Custom design & development work once delivered
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to cancellation or refund shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
